Refund & Return Policy

At Maison Solitaire, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, including packaging, certificates, and accessories. Custom, engraved, resized, or bespoke pieces are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, Maison Solitaire will arrange the return shipping for you. A 3 percent deduction from the total order value will apply to cover shipping and handling costs. To initiate a return, please email our team at info@maisonsolitaire.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions. All returned jewellery will be inspected by our quality assurance team before approval. Maison Solitaire reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item received is incorrect.

Packaging and Return Responsibility

Please ensure all returns are securely packaged. Maison Solitaire is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit if items are not properly protected. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the return relates to an error by Maison Solitaire.

Change of Mind

Change of mind returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery and under the conditions stated above. After this period, all sales are final.

Gifts

Items received as gifts may be returned by the recipient within the same 7 day window, provided all eligibility criteria are met. Refunds will be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method.
